We publish business intelligence, research, analysis and commentary, and we provide interactive tools such as the Business Health Check. Our purpose is to help African business leaders make better-informed decisions.

3. Not professional advice — important

Everything on the Service is provided for general information and decision-support purposes only. It is not professional financial, legal, tax, investment, accounting or business advice, and it must not be relied upon as such.

Our content, indicators, scores and tools — including the Business Health Check — are indicative guides based on general information and, where applicable, on the inputs you provide. They do not account for your full circumstances and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. Any market data, rates or indicators shown may be delayed, estimated, sourced from third parties, or labelled as sample or pilot data, and should not be treated as real-time or definitive.

You are solely responsible for any decision you make. Before acting on anything you read or calculate here, you should obtain independent professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on the Service.

4. Advisory services

Where we provide advisory or consulting services, those services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of, or a binding commitment to provide, advisory services, and no client relationship is created merely by using the website or contacting us.

5. Your use of the Service

You agree that you will not:

We want our research to be useful and quotable. You may cite and quote limited portions of our published content for commentary, reporting or research, provided you attribute it clearly to GrowthIntelAfrica and, where online, link to the original. You may not reproduce entire articles, reports or datasets without our permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
